Notice is hereby given for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held before the Manhattan Town Council on Wednesday, May 9, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Meeting Room located at 207 S 6th St, Manhattan, Montana.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss Ordinance No. 19-001, amending Title 5, Chapter 1, Article 8 of the Manhattan Town Code pertaining to unclaimed personal property.
All pertinent information regarding this hearing may be reviewed at the Manhattan Town Office at 207 S 6th St. between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00.
Written comments may be submitted to the Manhattan Town Office, PO Box 96, Manhattan, MT 59741-0096.
