1.       Call to Order / Roll Call of Board members present
2.       Pledge of Allegiance.
3.       Approval of Minutes: November 3, 2025.
4.       Old Business (unfinished business)
a.       Report on Volunteer Program Park Entrance Maintenance.
b.       Report of “Friends of the Parks” volunteer program & board
and volunteer promotion at the Christmas Stroll.
c.       Report and discussion on High School Ambassador & Volunteer program.
d.       Report of Parks Manhattan Montana Facebook page created.
e.       Update on clean-up of rocks along trees north of railroad property.
f.        Update on posting of “Dogs on Leash Required” signs at all Taylor Park entrances.
g.       Report & discussion of relocating rock-tree memorials in Taylor Park.
h.       Report on tabled discussion of Montana HB 588, Section 10 “61-8-608. Bicycles, mopeds, or motorized scooters on sidewalks and bike lanes.”, policy for Manhattan Parks; Update on pending Town Council action.
i.         Update on Ice Rink plans.
5.       New Business
a.       Discussion of Park Surveillance Cameras.
b.       Discussion of possible community online survey of Town Parks.
c.       Discussion on election of Park Board officers.
d.       Review of operating procedures with Town staff & officials.
6.       Additional Public Comments on non-agenda item.
