Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time to comment on any matter not on the agenda and falling within the jurisdiction of the Manhattan Town Council. Criminal matters fall outside the jurisdiction of the Town Council and therefore are not appropriate subjects for public comment before this body. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item. Please note, the Town Council cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All comments should be addressed to the Mayor and all persons addressing the Mayor shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your comments to three minutes for both public comments and agenda item comments. Commenters are limited to one three-minute comment per agenda item.
