Notice is hereby given for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held before the Manhattan Town Council on June 11, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Town Meeting Room located at 207 S 6th St, Manhattan, MT. 

Petition to rezone the property located within the town limits of Manhattan, MT at 1765 and 1767 Yadon Road to include 46.348 acres from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to UGAA (Urban Growth Area Annexation) pending adoption by the Town Council.
