Notice is hereby given for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held before the Manhattan Town Council on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Meeting Room located at 207 S 6th St, Manhattan, Montana.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss the Conditional Use Permit Application for Manhattan Depot, located at 214 W Main, for designation as a Casino.
All pertinent information regarding this hearing may be reviewed at the Manhattan Town Office at 207 S 6th St. between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00. Written comments may be submitted to the Manhattan Town Office, PO Box 96, Manhattan, MT 59741-0096. At the public hearing testimony will be taken in support of and in opposition to the subject.
