Notice is hereby given for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held before the Manhattan Town Council on
November 9, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Meeting Room located at 207 S 6th St, Manhattan,
Montana.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss the Conditional Use Permit to construct
an accessory dwelling unit in the back yard of 208 Cedar Street, also known as Lot 8, Block
5, Clinton Addition. The zoning district is R-1. The applicants are Jamie and Steve
Gordon, 208 Cedar St, Manhattan, MT 59741.
All pertinent information regarding this hearing may be reviewed at the Manhattan Town Office at
207 S 6th St. between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00.
Written comments may be submitted to the Manhattan Town Office, PO Box 96, Manhattan, MT
59741-0096.
At the public hearing testimony will be taken in support of and in opposition to the subject. If there
