Notice is hereby given for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held before the Manhattan Town Council on March 8, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Meeting Room located at 120 West Main, Manhattan, Montana.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss the proposed zoning change classification of the property currently located in the N ½ of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 3 East, P.M.M, address to be assigned between 1100 and 1300 Yadon Rd, Manhattan, MT, from R-1 to Rural Residential.

Notice is hereby given for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held before the Manhattan Town Council on March 8, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Meeting Room located at 120 West Main, Manhattan, Montana.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss the proposed Resolution No. 12-001, A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MANHATTAN, MONTANA TO SET THE RATES FOR WATER USAGE THROUGH THE WATER METER REQUIRES BY THE TOWN.
The proposed Resolution reduces the base rate for water to include zero gallons of water. For example, the current base rate for residential customers with a ¾" meter is $25.60 and includes 3000 gallons of water. The proposed base rate for residential customers with a ¾" meter is $21.85 with zero gallons of water included. Water usage will continue to be billed at $1.25 per 1000 gallons.
